We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to monitor settings, photography, and the handmade nature of some items. Product availability is subject to change.

Non-Returnable Items: For the health, safety, and integrity of our community, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Drinkware (e.g., water bottles, tumblers) for hygiene reasons once used or if original packaging is opened.
• Personalized & Custom Items (monogrammed items, custom Charm Sets, Bag Charm configurations).
• Beach Towels if the hygiene seal is removed, and all Intimate Apparel.
• All items marked as Sale & Clearance.

5. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we ship the item(s).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please review your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

• Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order.
• Standard Shipping (US $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over US $50, via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Return & Exchange Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for items in original, unworn, resalable condition with all tags and packaging.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 business days (PayPal) after we process the approved return.
